The Arizona Cardinals add some size and playmaking on their defensive line.

With the Super Bowl come and gone (what a boring game), we now turn our attention to the full NFL offseason.

For the Arizona Cardinals, how do they continue to build on what was an overall positive season, where next year should be one that culminates in the playoffs.

It starts with free agency and then the 2025 NFL Draft.

NBC Sports dropped their first 2025 NFL Mock Draft post Super Bowl, and they have the Arizona Cardinals beefing up their defensive line, and for good reason.

From NBC Sports:

16. Arizona Cardinals

Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

The Cardinals have invested top-10 picks on offense in back-to-back drafts. They were 10th in EPA per play on offense and 24th on defense in 2024, making their focus in this draft clear. Per PFF, Nolen finished top-five among Power Four interior defenders in sacks and pressures last year. They graded him as their No. 3 defensive lineman in a major conference.

The helmet and the position may cause some PTSD, but we have seen this group for the Arizona Cardinals care most about football desire.

They want great players, but they also want players that want to be great.

Nolen seems to be one of those guys.

The question becomes would Nolen be the best fit from who was left? Mike Green, Kenneth Grant, and Jalon Walker all go after the Cardinals pick.

Needless to say, any and all would be ideal, but how would you rank those five prospects right now?
