Anytime you have the reigning NFL MVP like the Buffalo Bills do with dual-threat quarterback Josh Allen, you’re going to have a great chance to win the majority of your games. But despite having one of the NFL’s most prolific offenses, the Bills endured yet another close playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.
This offseason, general manager Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott set out to solve Buffalo’s roster issues, shoring up several important positions on the defensive side of the ball — which has arguably been their most glaring weakness in the playoffs — through both NFL free agency and the NFL Draft.

Factor in the dynamic play of Allen behind one of the league’s best offensive lines and continued development and growth from Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, and Dalton Kincaid and a potent ground game and it appears that the Bills have their most complete roster of the Josh Allen era heading into the 2025 NFL season.
