Antonio Brown was the victim of an attempted robbery on Friday night, though he appeared to eventually come out on top.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Buccaneers star took in some action at Adin Ross’ kickboxing event in Florida on the night, but a group of individuals tried snatching his chain while he was leaving the venue.
AB fought his way out and was later seen chasing his would-be robbers with what appeared to be a pistol, before discharging it into the air multiple times.
The seven-time Pro Bowler was subsequently detained by police but returned to the scene after his release and joined Ross on stream, shirtless but still wearing his chain.
Curiously enough, Brown showed off a custom chain depicting his infamous walk-off game with the Buccaneers on X just hours before people attempted to rid him of his jewelry.

Antonio Brown corroborated eyewitness accounts claiming the men in question tried to take his jewelry.
“Regarding the boxing event that happened last night. I was jumped by multiple individuals who tried to steal my jewelry and cause physical harm to me,” he wrote in a statement.
Of course, the chain shown above isn’t the one AB was wearing at the time of the attempted robbery. It would have been tough to hide such a piece after a robbery, as it’s likely the only one on the planet.
