Another area where Las Vegas Raiders are lacking

We all know the Las Vegas Raiders are awful this season for many reasons and those reasons start with the fact that they have struggled in all three facets of the game, offense, offense and special teams.

The below stat from NFL Researcher (which was compiled before the start of Week 16) tells a real story about the Raiders. Check it out:

All of the top five teams in this area have winning records and most are headed to the playoffs. Only the Buffalo Bills, of the bottom five teams in this area, are a playoff-caliber team.

The reasons for having an average poor starting field position starts with special teams, but all parts of the game play a role in it as the game is an ebb-and-flow.

So, this is just another reminder of how bad things have been this season for Las Vegas.
