Can’t disagree with A.J. Brown here. Just throw the fucking ball, allegedly:
I love this. The offense was at times ugly and at times humming. But Brown got right with two touchdowns and the offense needed that badly. They started off looking like it was going to be a run-heavy offense in the first quarter, but Jalen Hurts finishes with a stat line of 19/23, 326 yards, 3 TDs, and a perfect passer rating. Everyone who said Jalen Hurts can’t pass looked like an asshole right here:

Maybe they just need to throw the fucking ball more. Get Hurts under center, work in the play action, and lets go to work. The offensive line hasn’t finished a game healthy all season and once Brett Toth came in under center the run game went to shit. Credit to the passing game for keeping the Birds from another second half meltdown.
