When examining potential head coaching vacancies this offseason, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN writes that some around the NFL wonder whether the Bills could grow impatient with HC Sean McDermott if they are unable to make a title run this year with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs not contending.
Should Cincinnati move on from HC Zac Taylor, ESPN’s Dan Graziano writes that Bills OC Joe Brady would be the guy to watch, but he doesn’t expect them to fire Taylor.

Dolphins

Regarding potential head coaching vacancies this offseason, Dan Graziano of ESPN has heard conflicting things about the Dolphins, writing that the tone seems to have shifted on HC Mike McDaniel after initially sounding like he had a good chance to return in 2026.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler senses that McDaniel would become a candidate for the Browns if they make a move from Kevin Stefanski.
Fowler writes that McDaniel still has support in Miami, and the team’s search for a general manager won’t necessarily be centered around him fitting with McDaniel.
Graziano could see Broncos DC Vance Joseph being a “strong” possibility for Miami if the job becomes available.

According to Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer, there has been zero discussion at the highest levels of the organization about the Jets moving on from HC Aaron Glenn after just one year.
Breer does think the team is going to put a lot of emphasis on trying to fix the quarterback position this offseason and could tweak things around OC Tanner Engstrand to make sure they have the right environment.
