Deep breaths, everyone – this doesn’t appear to be anything serious at all.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was being tended to by the Steelers’ training staff during Tuesday’s practice. According to Brooke Pryor, it looked like Rodgers was stepped on during team drills.

“Aaron Rodgers looked like he got stepped on during a team period and he came up a little gingerly,” Pryor posted on X. “He stayed in for one more handoff then came out a rep early. He was rubbing his right calf. He’s down on a knee behind the team period now, massaging his calf on and off.”

Rodgers had a small wrap put on his leg, as he had a small cut on his shin. Trainers iced the leg and Rodgers went back onto the field without missing any reps.

“Aaron Rodgers took his usual four first-team reps in the next team period after being stepped on,” Pryor followed up. “Looked like he might be moving a step slower than usual, but good sign he didn’t miss any snaps. Last rep, though, he was intercepted by James Pierre as he targeted Roman Wilson.”

All of this appears to be very minor, and nothing that will cause Rodgers to miss any sort of time.
