PITTSBURGH — Aaron Rodgers has been spotted with a ring on his finger in recent months, and it indeed is a wedding ring.

Rodgers confirmed during his introductory press conference with the Pittsburgh Steelers that he’s been married for a “couple of months.”

“Yes, it’s a wedding ring,” Aaron told a reporter, who congratulated him on his marriage. “Thank you.”

In a December episode of The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers shared he had a girlfriend named Brittani while discussing Christmas shopping. He also noted, “There was one package left for my girlfriend Brittani that hadn’t showed up yet.”

Rodgers said Brittani keeps her life fairly private as she does not have social media.

The 41-year-old quarterback has been in several high-profile relationships in the past. He dated Olivia Munn from 2014 to 2017, Danica Patrick from 2018 to 2020, and was engaged to Shailene Woodley from 2020 to 2022. He has also been linked to Jessica Szohr and Kelly Rohrbach.

Rodgers also explained why there was a delay in signing with the Steelers.

“I was dealing with a lot of things in my personal life and some things improved a little bit where I felt like I could fully be all in here with the guys,” he said.

Rodgers credited Mike Tomlin for being the driving force into why he wanted to play for the Steelers. He also feels like signing with the Steelers was a decision that was “best for my soul.”

“I don’t need it for my ego,” the 41-year-old future Hall of Fame quarterback said. “I don’t need it to keep playing. A lot of decisions that I’ve made over my career and life from strictly the ego, even if they turn out well, are always unfulfilling. But the decisions made from the soul are usually pretty fulfilling.

“This was a decision that was best for my soul and I felt like being here with coach [Mike Tomlin] and the guys that got here, and the opportunity here was the best for me and I’m excited to be here.”
