Aaron Rodgers showed up to Pittsburgh Steelers minicamp earlier this week after signing a one-year contract with the team over the weekend and confirmed he got married in the offseason. Because of Rodgers’ famed penchant for self-perpetuated mystery, however, the lucky bride’s name remains a mystery.
After months of speculation, the controversial future Hall of Famer signed a one-year, $13.65 million contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers following two disatrous seasons in New York with the Jets.
Over the offseason and in the official photo the Steelers released of Rodgers signing his contract, the conspiratorial 41-year-old — who recently doubled-down on his position that HIV was created by the United States government — could be seen wearing a band on his left ring finger, sparking speculation that he was engaged.
During his first press conference as a member of the Steelers, Rodgers confirmed that he is married but did not say to who. He also indicated that he’s been married for a “couple of months.”
Aaron Rodgers tells me the ring on his finger is a wedding — not an Oura – ring.

Rodgers and the Steelers will open their 2025 season on the road against the New York Jets, the team which Rodgers “played” for in 2023 and 2024. The bottom fell out on the organization last year, as head coach Robert Saleh and general manager Joe Douglas were fired, while Rodgers was also kicked to the curb.
According to a handful of New York Jets beat reporters, the culture around the organization has seemingly improved already now that Rodgers is no longer in the building.
Despite signing Rodgers, the Steelers odds to win the Super Bowl have not improved, at least as far as the sportsbooks are concerned. Before signing Rodgers, they had the 17th best odds of winning the Super Bowl at +4500.
After signing Rodgers, that number remains at +4500, which is quite the indictment of the former Green Bay Packer considering the Steelers’ QB room previously consisted of Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson and rookie Will Howard.
