As you probably noticed, this site has a new look today.
I would like to start off by thanking all of you for bearing with us through the change yesterday. Changing the interface of a website is no easy task, and my colleagues here at SB Nation went into overdrive to try and make that change happen as quickly as possible. Still, we appreciate all of you understanding as the mechanics of that kept us offline through much of yesterday.
Now that we are back, you might wonder the changes. In reality, Gang Green Nation will stay mostly the same. This site is about great Jets discussion, and we will do everything we can to continue that.
There are some new features on the site, though. The look is a tad different. You also will see something called “The Feed” near the top of your page. I think of it as an updated version of FanPosts and FanShots. They are your chance to contribute to the community by linking interesting stories or writing your own thoughts. One of my favorite aspects of this site has been the ability of any of our members to write out a post or share their thoughts. In recent years, that became more and more difficult with the old interface. I hope you will make use of this feature, and we can recapture that part of the site.
Aside from that, I know change can be tough. We’ll do our best to make the adjustment as pleasant as possible. And if you have any suggestions on features you’d like, please don’t hesitate to mention them. Our team wants to make the experience as good as possible for you.
