With the season right around the corner, let’s check Jets odds according to our partners at FanDuel Sportsbook.
For winning the Super Bowl, the Jets are currently at +2250, the third worst odds ahead of only the Browns and the Saints.
When it comes to making the Playoffs, the Jets are at +490. To miss the Playoffs, the Jets are at -750. Both put the Jets as fourth most likely to miss the Playoffs ahead of only the Giants, Browns, and Saints.
The Jets are also the fourth least likely to win 10 games or more at +600.
To win the AFC East, the Jets find themselves at +1600. The Giants and Browns are the only teams with worse division odds.
There is some optimism for at least one Jets player. Garrett Wilson is at +105 to go over 1,000 receiving yards for the fourth straight year.
So it’s fair to say the oddsmakers aren’t super high on the Jets this season. That is why they play the games. Perhaps the Jets will have a big year. Those who took those odds will be looking at a nice payday if so.
