Kader Kohou is recognized for outstanding practice performance.

The Miami Dolphins continued training camp in sunny South Florida today, and while most of the team was dressed in white or aqua, one player was donning the bright orange threads that are given to the previous practice session’s most outstanding player.

Today’s recipient was cornerback Kader Kohou!

The Dolphins are in the midst of a secondary overhaul after parting ways with both Kendall Fuller and Jalen Ramsey this offseason. Kohou — a former undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M Commerce — is making his bid to be the top dog in Miami’s cornerback room.

Through three seasons in the National Football League — all with Miami — Kohou has 3 interceptions with 28 passes defensed. He’s also forced two fumbles, while recovering two others. The 26-year-old has amassed 180 combined tackles with the Dolphins.

Kohou becomes the third Dolphins cornerback to take home the orange jersey award this offseason after both Ethan Bonner and Storm Duck wore orange during organized team activities a couple of months ago.

We will be tracking which players receive the orange jersey honor as the offseason progresses. Want to help? Hit us up on Twitter/X at @thephinsider, or reach out to Marek Brave directly at @MBrave13, and let us know who is rocking the jersey with pride each day! Fins up!
