There’s nothing quite like the Super Bowl. It’s the biggest sporting event of the year every February, and it doubles as the biggest day of the sports betting calendar as well.
With that comes billions of dollars wagered on a single game, and seemingly from people from all walks of life. Celebrities, random people with a dream of how the game is going to go and everyone in between places a Super Bowl wager every year.
This year, the American Gaming Association estimated that $1.39 billion will be legally bet on the Super Bowl at U.S. sportsbooks.
For The Win spoke to several veteran bookmakers to get their favorite Super Bowl betting tales over the years.
