It looks like the tension between Bill Belichick’s current girlfriend and his ex isn’t cooling down anytime soon. Jordon Hudson, who’s been dating the former Patriots coach since shortly after his split from longtime partner Linda Holliday, made a pointed remark on Instagram that raised more than a few eyebrows this week.
On Tuesday, Hudson shared a heartfelt message to her friend, former Miss Massachusetts Melissa Sapini, but snuck in a not-so-subtle dig at Holliday. The post, meant to celebrate Sapini’s journey in the pageant world, took a sharp turn when Hudson referenced the “Nantucket Socialites” in a clear nod to a past clash involving Holliday.
Hudson praised Sapini for her strength and resilience in the caption, writing, “I know you will keep shining, metamorphosing and taking up space; even when others threaten you and insist that you don’t belong, e.g. the ‘Nantucket Socialites’…”
The line caught attention quickly, especially from those familiar with the December drama in Nantucket.
Back in December, TMZ Sports reported an incident where Holliday confronted both Hudson and Sapini at a Christmas party. The issue? Holliday allegedly found their attendance inappropriate, particularly because her daughters were DJing the event. According to the report, she told Sapini, “If you value your current title, you should think twice about who your friends are,” and warned she had “many powerful friends in the pageant organization.”
The confrontation stirred whispers across social circles, but neither Hudson nor Sapini had addressed it publicly, until now. Hudson’s comment marked her first acknowledgment of the conflict, and the timing seemed intentional. Sapini, for her part, didn’t engage with the controversy in her response to the post.
Belichick dated Holliday from 2007 until 2022, and shortly after their breakup, he connected with Hudson following a chance meeting on a 2021 flight. Their relationship has since made headlines, and Tuesday’s social media post suggests the fallout from his previous one still lingers.
Neither Holliday nor her representatives have responded to the apparent jab, but given the history, this may not be the last public brush between the two women.
