The Chicago Bears had a huge comeback win in the Wild Card round to earn another home playoff game. They will be hosting the Los Angeles Rams here and will be underdogs. The Rams do have the better record and I think are the better team, but the playoffs are funny sometimes. The weather is going to be a factor with a high of 19 degrees tomorrow, which means it’ll be trending towards single digits as the game progresses. That should be an advantage for Chicago.
Kickoff is set for Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Mile High time at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois and will air on NBC.
According to FanDuel, the Rams are 3.5-point road favorite over the Bears. The Rams and Seahawks are the two teams I consider to be likely Super Bowl winning squads, but I feel like this cold weather game in Chicago could end up playing to the Bears advantage. I think it’ll be a close one and the Bears will keep their magical season alive with a home win here in the Divisional Round.
Prediction: Bears 20, Rams 17.
