The 2025 NFL regular season has officially ended which means today is “Black Monday”, a day that many coaches dread on their calendars. Black Monday creates temporary waves of fear and uncertainty as some of the unsuccessful teams in the league shake up their coaching staffs and front offices now that the season is over.
