The 2026 NFL draft seems to be shaping up similarly to the 2025 version, with only one or two top quarterbacks available for top picks. That doesn’t mean a player won’t present themselves in the draft process, pushing themselves into first-round consideration, but Fernando Mendoza and Dante Moore are the two big names. Moore has not made a decision whether he will enter this year’s draft or not, however.
The Cleveland Browns could have a historically good 2025 NFL draft class, but using two picks on quarterbacks, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders, could come back to bite them if neither locks down a roster spot for their rookie contract.
Altogether, 14 QBs were selected in this year’s draft. Now, with just a few games to go before the season ends, let’s take a quick look at how each has performed this season:
