The Dallas Cowboys are back at home this week and in a pretty big spot as they are set to host the Green Bay Packers. These are the same Packers who Dallas traded Micah Parsons to a month ago, in case you forgot.
From a feel standpoint, this game carries a massive energy and particularly so for still being in September. The narrative of Parsons, Jerry Jones, and all other elements are the leading factors, but beyond that the Cowboys are reeling as a football team on the field as well.
Dallas and Green Bay are both coming off of frustrating losses, but the Packers boast a 2-1 record to the Cowboys’ 1-2 mark. Brian Schottenheimer, Dak Prescott, George Pickens, and Javonte Williams will have their work cut out for them with offensive starters CeeDee Lamb, Cooper Beebe, and Tyler Booker all missing time at the moment.
