It’s another prime time opportunity for our Minnesota Vikings this week, as we’ll be waiting all day for Sunday Night to see them travel to Jerryworld to take on the Dallas Cowboys.
The Vikings are coming off of their most impressive performance of the 2025 season, a 31-0 shellacking of the Washington Commanders at U.S. Bank Stadium in Week 14. That came on the heels of a 26-0 loss to Seattle the previous week, making them the first team in NFL history to get shut out by at least 25 points one week and then shut out an opponent by at least 25 points the next. J.J. McCarthy had the best game of his NFL career last week, throwing three touchdown passes in the Vikings’ victory, and will now get to face a Cowboys’ defense that allows more points per game than all but one team in the NFL.
The Cowboys are coming off a disappointing 44-30 loss to Detroit in their previous game, a loss that ended a three-game winning streak that saw them claw their way back into playoff contention. As it stands now, they have just a 6% chance of making the playoffs in the NFC. That’s higher than the Vikings’ chances of making the postseason tournament, but they’re still a long shot at best at this point.
Kickoff for this one is slated for 7:20 PM Central time on Sunday night on NBC. We’ll be putting all of our coverage of this week’s game in this stream for you to enable easy access, so keep checking back for the latest on this week’s matchup.
