It’s bad enough that the Seattle Seahawks haven’t come remotely close to winning a playoff game since 2019. It’s worse when at least one of the Los Angeles Rams or San Francisco 49ers have made the NFC Championship Game in five of the last six seasons and have made the Super Bowl twice apiece.
Against all odds, the Rams are just a win away from hosting the NFC title game if they upset the Philadelphia Eagles at a soon-to-be snowy Lincoln Financial Field. Last time the Rams played the Eagles they were blown out 37-20 while Saquon Barkley rushed for 255 yards down in Inglewood. These wintry conditions are conducive to more running, which should be advantage Philadelphia. Emphasis on should.
Winner takes on the Washington Commanders next Sunday. I’d rather just watch Commanders vs. Eagles.
