Taking a look at the Broncos depth chart ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.
The start of the 2025 NFL Draft is just hours away, and we’ll see our Broncos draft multiple players who hopefully will be impact players for the team moving forward. There is plenty of excitement around that, but first, let us take a look at the Broncos roster and depth chart right now to see where things stand.
From this depth chart, we can see what positions the Broncos will likely target in the draft while also seeing the weaknesses on the roster currently.
There is no official depth chart for the Broncos right now, so I used the one on Ourlads.com as a reference for this while making a few tweaks here and there. With all that said, here is your pre-draft look at the Denver Broncos depth chart heading into the 2025 NFL Draft.

Running Back: Right now, Jaleel McLaughlin is the Broncos' starting running back, with Audric Estime, Tyler Badie, and Blake Watson all fighting for a roster spot. I’d expect multiple backs to join this room in the draft, one or two in the draft, and another one or two as undrafted free agents. According to FanDuel, the running back position has the best odds of being the Broncos' first position drafted at +110.
-
Wide Receiver: The Broncos' wide receiver depth is not wonderful, and we will likely see some additions to this room. I could see a receiver drafted (who and when is the big question) and likely a handful of UDFA’s added. According to FanDuel, the wide receiver position has the second-best odds of being the Broncos' first position drafted at +360.
-
Tight End: After Evan Engram, the Broncos lack any pass-catching options, so I would expect another pass catcher added in the draft. Trautman and Adkins will continue as blockers while Lucas Krull is on the hot seat. According to FanDuel, the tight end position has the fourth-best odds of being the Broncos’ first position drafted at +900.
-
Offensive Line: The five starters are likely set, but we could see some interior depth added in the draft. Wattenberg will be a free agent next year, so we cannot rule out a center as well. According to FanDuel, the offensive line position has the fifth-best odds of being the Broncos’ first position drafted at +1100.
-
Quarterback: Quarterback for the first time in a long time is not a concern. Bo Nix is your starter, Stidham is your backup, and Ehlinger is the third string. We could see a UDFA added to compete for the third QB job, but outside of that, do not expect anything major here.

Defensive line depth: Zach Allen, John Franklin-Myers, and Malcolm Roach are all pending free agents next year, and while we will likely see some extensions there, depth is needed. You could also add some depth and competition for Uwazurike and Jordan Jackson. We...
