Of course it is worth remembering that this is only the initial 53 man roster. The roster will almost certainly be different by the time the Jets take the field for Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers a week from Sunday. It begins with waiver claims, which will be announced tomorrow. We can expect the Jets to be active at positions where the roster looks thin such as wide receiver and tight end.
