The Philadelphia Eagles took care of business in the NFC Championship, dominating the Washington Commanders en route to their second Super Bowl appearance in three years.
This team looks a lot different than they did two seasons ago, but that might be for the best, as they’ve added several talented players who have brought them to this point.
It’s hard to talk about the 2024 Eagles without mentioning Saquon Barkley, the league’s leading rusher and a major reason for this team’s offensive success.
Barkley is just one addition to make an impact, and the Eagles are more than ready to take on the Kansas City Chiefs next week.
It’s a good thing there is a two-week gap between the Conference Championships and the Super Bowl, as the Eagles had 14 players listed on the injury report that the team recently put out.

Granted, two of those players didn’t practice due to rest, but there are a few other players that Eagles fans will want to watch out for over the next few days.
Cam Jergens, for instance, the team’s starting center, didn’t practice due to a back injury that has lingered for several weeks.
Devonta Smith, one of the team’s best skill-position players, is facing a hamstring injury, which could bog him down against the Chiefs as well.
All of these athletes still have plenty of time to get healthy for the big game, and they’ll need all the help they can get if they want to take down the defending champs.
