Following a quiet start to his Los Angeles Rams tenure, tight end Colby Parkinson broke out over the second half of last season. Parkinson’s breakout was a welcome sight for Rams fans, yet can he maintain his strong production moving into the 2026 campaign?
The reason Parkinson can maintain his production is that he’s received more opportunities in Hollywood in the passing game than he did in his first four years in Seattle.
In his final two years with the Seahawks, he was targeted 68 times, compared to 105 times with L.A. Parkinson had the best season of his career...

Kevin Stefanski and Andrew Berry were both hired by the Cleveland Browns in 2020. Stefanski won two NFL Coach of the Year awards, both times he took the Browns to the playoffs. But Stefanski was let go this offseason after leading Cleveland to just an 8-26 record in the past two years.
The only thing that may have saved the Browns from cleaning house and hiring a new general manager too could have been Berry’s excellent 2025 draft class. The Browns injected a vast amount of talent last year, where all seven picks not only made the roster, but contributed...
Despite Aaron Rodgers being 42 years old, the Pittsburgh Steelers decided to run things back with the veteran quarterback this season. While the Steelers once again failed to win a playoff game last season, Rodgers arguably played above expectations. With better players around him, there’s hope that Pittsburgh can improve on what it did in […]

They also officially signed third-round QB Carson Beck to his rookie contract.
Proctor unfortunately tore his meniscus after being drafted and will miss his entire rookie season.
Proctor, 22, was a no-star recruit and wasn’t ranked in the 2022 recruiting class. He committed...
NFL Trade Rumors
We are 54 days away from the Kansas City Chiefs‘ season-opening game against the Denver Broncos on “Monday Night Football” in Week 1.
The No. 54 jersey was most recently worn by linebacker Leo Chenal, who signed a contract with the Washington Commanders in free agency this offseason. No one is assigned that number ahead of Chiefs training camp, although it was the number linebacker Nick Bolton wore as a rookie.
In franchise history, linebackers Tray Simien (1991 – 1997) and Damien Wilson (2019 – 2020) have made their marks as defensive starters in the uniform, but it’s an offensive...

With Arizona Cardinals third-round pick Carson Beck inking his rookie deal today, the door is now wide open for Pittsburgh Steelers third-round pick Drew Allar to sign his contract. The signing was first reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Beck putting pen to paper on the same day the Cardinals reported to training camp. The […]

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet may be “progressing well” following his ACL tear in the NFC Divisional Round against the San Francisco 49ers, but it was always a formality that he would begin training camp on the injured list.
On Wednesday, the Seahawks placed Charbonnet on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. While anyone can be activated off PUP at any time during training camp and preseason, Charbonnet’s placement was a formality given the severity of his injury.
While Nick Emmanwori’s PUP placement figures to be short-term and is not expected to have any impact on his regular...

Even while navigating a change in general managers, the Minnesota Vikings managed to reinforce their quarterback room. The idea wasn’t to take J.J. McCarthy out of the picture, but rather to further push him to help become the best QB he could be. Considering they used the 10th overall pick on him in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, the Vikings must think he can be pretty good.
Yet, that didn’t prevent them from adding who many project as the new starter in Minnesota, a two-time Pro Bowl QB once selected first overall, in Kyler Murray. Signed for...
Last year’s Super Bowl participants are both trying to lock up their star cornerbacks with long-term extensions before the start of the regular season.
But the Seahawks’ negotiations with Devon Witherspoon and the Patriots’ with Christian Gonzalez are intrinsically tied together. Both players were drafted in the first round of the 2023 draft – Witherspoon at No. 6 overall, Gonzalez at No. 18 – and both are represented by WIN Sports Group.
Witherspoon’s contract talks with Seattle are “further along,” per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, including an offer worth more than $30MM per year. Trent McDuffie‘s $31MM AAV deal currently...

The Kansas City Chiefs won't have a new stadium until 2031, but we now have a glimpse of what their soon-to-be home base will look like. "Today we are excited to show Chiefs Kingdom a first look at our new home," Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt said in a press release Wednesday. "From the beginning, our goal has been to build something that improved the gameday experience for every single fan. This new stadium will do just that. "It’s spectacular. It honors the rich legacy of this franchise while setting a bold course for the future of Chiefs Kingdom....
The Pittsburgh Steelers signed outside linebacker Julius Welschof to a reserve/future contract in January.
Welschof was on the Steelers’ practice squad for the entire 2025 season. He was not elevated tot he 53-man roster for any games.
Welschof, 28, was originally signed by the Steelers as an undrafted free agent following the 2024 NFL Draft. However, he was placed on injured reserve after suffering a knee injury in the team’s preseason finale and then waived two days later with an injury settlement.
Qualifying for the NFL’s international roster exemption as a native of Miesbach, Germany, Welschof then re-signed with Pittsburgh...
