The Dallas Cowboys looked to be considering a trade back scenario when they were on the clock in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, but ultimately they decided to pick at 56. With the 94th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select ... Jalyx Hunt, edge rusher, Houston Christian!
This pick was made after the Eagles traded down not once but twice in the third round.
Hunt, who turned 23 last month, originally played at safety for Cornell before transferring and changing positions. So, not exactly a polished prospect.

The New York Giants kicked off the 2024 NFL draft by selecting LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick despite rumors of a possible trade-up.
They closed out the night quietly but were immediately back to work on Friday.

After addressing edge rusher and center with their first two picks on day two, the Dallas Cowboys had a chance to go in a multitude of different directions with their final selection of the night.
