Week 10 of the NFL season kicks off tonight as the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Baltimore Ravens.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Ravens are 5.5 point favorites against the Bengals. This is a game that Browns fans wish they could get excited for with respect to divisional purposes, but how can you really? By the end of the game, the Browns will still be four or five games behind the Bengals or Ravens, with eight games to go.
As for the game itself, the Ravens got over their 29-24 loss to the Browns by destroying the Broncos 41-10 last week. The Bengals also got back on the winning side of things by defeating the Raiders 41-24. If we go back to earlier this season, the Bengals had a 38-28 lead over the Ravens before allowing 10 unanswered points to tie it, and then Baltimore won in overtime. Joe Burrow torched the Ravens’ defense for 392 yards and 5 touchdowns that day, but the Ravens also had their way with the Bengals, netting 520 yards of offense. Each team will want to slow the pace down a little bit, but with Baltimore’s secondary being as bad as it is, I can’t see how they avoid another shootout. The Ravens still get the slight edge with their ground game, but don’t cover. Ravens 31, Bengals 28
