The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Green Bay Packers in Week 10 on “Monday Night Football.” It was a victory their fans wanted to see, and it gave them hope about the team returning to and winning the Super Bowl again this season.
Afterward, pundit Skip Bayless took to social media and made a bold claim about the Eagles.
“I give it up: the Eagles are the best team in the NFL. Most dominating defense. Clutchest offense. By far the best GM,” Bayless wrote on X.

The Eagles have won three straight, and they were able to hold off the Packers even when quarterback Jalen Hurts wasn’t having his best game. He completed just 15 of 27 passes for 183 yards and one touchdown.
The fact that they were able to win while Hurts seemed a bit off shows that the team is capable of defeating even the toughest opponents when their star player needs to shake off some rust coming off a bye week.
Hurts did have some impressive throws, but he definitely got a lot of help from the rest of his offense against the tough Green Bay defense.
This felt like the sort of game that could have ended poorly for the Eagles, but they were able to prevail on the road. That is a major reason why Bayless and so many others feel that they are the best team in the league and on their way to another Super Bowl title.
