New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins sent a powerful message on Thursday.

Hollins wore a shirt that read “988” and “YOU ARE WORTH IT!” upon his arrival to Gillette Stadium for a matchup with the New York Jets — the former being a direct line to the national suicide and crisis lifeline.

Hollins proudly displayed the messages during his walk inside the stadium, which you can see in the video below:

Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Marshawn Kneeland died by apparent suicide on Nov. 6, prompting many similar messages and responses from around the NFL — including the foundation of the Marshawn Kneeland Memorial Fund, in which all proceeds will go toward his pregnant girlfriend Catalina Mancera.

Kneeland was just 24.

If you or someone you know is in emotional distress or struggling, we encourage you to reach out for help by calling 988 — the lifeline assists people by connecting them with a skilled, trained crisis worker who will listen to the problems they are experiencing and will connect them to local mental health services. All calls are confidential and free.
