Mile High Report
A game of significant relevance to the Denver Broncos and the AFC West is going down tonight with the Los Angeles Chargers hosting the Philadelphia Eagles. Obviously, we’ll be rooting for the Eagles here as a Chargers loss would give the Broncos a three-game lead in the division with four games to go. Both teams here have stumbled a bit in receive weeks, so your guess is as good as mine as to which team on either side will show up today.
Kickoff is set for Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:15 p.m. Mile High time at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California and will air on ESPN/ABC.
According to FanDuel, the Eagles are slight 2.5-point favorites over the Chargers on Monday Night Football. The Chargers have mostly beaten bad teams and two of their four losses are against bad ones. The Eagles, meanwhile, have just one loss against a bad team and it was a division game. The rest have come against teams that are likely to make playoff runs here late. They’ve also had a brutal schedule and are still 8-4. That makes me feel like they are the better team and should come out on top in this one.
Prediction: Eagles 24, Chargers 20.
