The Las Vegas Raiders still have some work to do to “earn” the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. However, the Raiders’ odds at getting the top selection received a big boost in Week 14 with the Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints pulling off upsets on Sunday. With that, let’s look at the updated top 10 order via Tankathon.
Top 10 Order
- New York Giants 2-11 (Week 15: @ WSH)
- Las Vegas Raiders 2-11 (Week 15: @PHI)
- Tennessee Titans 2-11 (Week 15: vs. SF)
- Cleveland Browns 3-10 (Week 15: @ CHI)
- New Orleans Saints 3-10 (Week 15: vs. CAR)
- Washington Commanders 3-10 (Week 15: vs. NYG)
- New York Jets 3-10 (Week 15: @ JAX)
- Arizona Cardinals 3-10 (Week 15: @ HOU)
- Los Angeles Rams via Atlanta Falcons 4-9 (Week 15: @ TB)
- Cincinnati Bengals 4-9 (Week 15: vs. BAL)
While Las Vegas is in a three-way tie for the worst record in the league, that won’t stick since it has a Week 17 matchup with the Giants. Even if the Raiders lose that game, they’ll need the Titans to win one more contest over the next four weeks to secure the No. 1 overall pick since they beat Tennessee earlier this season. Also, the Silver and Black will likely need to lose out.
In Other Raiders’ Links:
- Pete Carroll’s team plays same game: “Sunday was no different as they were completely outclassed by the Denver Broncos in a game that ended at 24-17,” Silver and Black Pride’s Bill Williamson wrote. “But in no way was this one a one-score contest. The Raiders scored 10 points in garbage time (including a field goal as time expired), and they were never really competitive after the first quarter. ”
- What they’re saying: The internet reacts to another loss in the division.
- Gambling folks not happy with Carroll: “With mere seconds left on the clock and no way to affect the outcome of the game, Las Vegas sent out its field goal kicker, Daniel Carlson, who netted a 46-yard field goal as time expired, making it 24-17,” via Awful Announcing. “The reason we brought all of that up is that a lot of people bet on the Broncos to win by 7.5 or 8.5 points, which means that unnecessary, meaningless field goal was a bad beat for the ages.”
- Best odds for No. 1 pick: “The 2-11 Las Vegas Raiders now own the best odds for the top selection according to The Athletic’s NFL simulator, but seven other teams are in the mix with four weeks left in the regular season,” Jayna Bardahl wrote.
