Eagles cornerback Jaire Alexander is stepping away from football to focus on his physical and mental health, according to FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer.
Alexander, 28, has been dealing with a knee injury since the start of the season. He only appeared in two games for the Ravens before he was sent to Philadelphia before the trade deadline. He did not travel to Green Bay for the Eagles’ Week 11 matchup with the Packers on Monday and will now be away from the team for the foreseeable future.
