The Miami Dolphins will have a new general manager after this season comes to an end as the team and Chris Grier mutually agreed to part ways. Grier has been the Dolphins GM since 2016 and the Dolphins have been an up and down team during his tenure. There were some high highs and some low lows, like this season. Change needed to be made with many people calling for Mike McDaniel’s head. But he will reportedly remain the head coach for the remainder of the season with Champ Kelly serving as interim GM. Kelly will have the chance to move some players before the trade deadline on Tuesday.
