One of the favorite parts of the NFL offseason is when the top 100 list drops, and it’s always interesting to see where players rank their compadres. There always seems to be some surprises, but for the most part, everybody from the players to the fans usually has the same opinion. The question this season is who will be the No. 1 ranked player, and Micah Parsons had an interesting answer that may not sit right with Green Bay Packers fans.

While most of the players in the video mentioned their own teammate, Parsons went out on a limb and said “Iceman,” which is Caleb Williams. Everyone should know why that shouldn’t sit right with Packers fans, but if you don’t, the two teams have a strong distaste for each other.

Parsons should know that, but it seemed like he wanted to be completely honest in the moment instead of bigging up one of his own teammates or somebody else in the league.

Williams did have a good second season, but that may have been a little better if somebody from the Bears had said something. It may have been earlier in the year, but fans still don’t forget that the Bears are the reason they couldn’t advance further into the playoffs.

Williams is probably feeling on top of the world now, being graced as the cover athlete for Madden 27, and now getting praise from a rival player.

Nonetheless, everyone will be tuned in when the Packers and Bears face off twice during the regular season, and they may see each other during the playoffs again.
