The Washington Commanders held their second practice of the week on a rainy Thursday in Spain as they prepare to host the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The Commanders announced that they were opening the 21-day practice window for former 49ers second-round pick, DE Drake Jackson. He joins S Will Harris (fibula) who had his21-day window opened yesterday. Jackson was only the field with the team for the first time, and he’s looking to return for the first time since getting injured in 2023.
There weren’t any changes to anyone’s injury status, but TE Ben Sinnott was added to the injury report with a new ankle injury. This is the first time Sinnott has been on the injury report this season.
Four players didn’t travel to Spain as they deal with injuries. QB Jayden Daniels has already been ruled out, and he’ll miss his second game due to an elbow dislocation. He is expected to be reevaluated after the team’s Week 12 bye, and they will reassess his return to play timeline. WR Treylon Burks is having finger surgery, and LB Ale Kaho didn’t travel after suffering a concussion on a kickoff on Sunday.
