Blogging The Boys
It has been a few days. Sometimes that helps. The Dallas Cowboys lost to the Detroit Lions four days ago and for perspective since then a lifetime has happened for some college football fanbases with the College Football Playoff being revealed (sorry Notre Dame fans).
Maybe you enjoyed the weekend off from the Cowboys by watching the conference championship games and Sunday NFL action. Perhaps you did some Christmas shopping. Whatever you did, time passed and that may have cooled things for you relative to Dallas’ lost last week.
Is that the case? Do you feel less upset now that you have had a few sleeps to let the heat dissipate? Or are you just as angry, maybe more angry, now than you were then?
The Cowboys didn’t exactly pick up a ton of help relative to the NFC Wild Card picture on Sunday and that sort of adds to this discussion; however, more probable (not exactly probable though) way Dallas is going to get into the playoffs is as the NFC East winner and any help in that regard wasn’t possible over the weekend as the Eagles play tonight.
So let’s hear it. Are you less upset?
