The NFLPA’s official team report cards came out this morning

The Cleveland Browns officially received their NFLPA Team Report Card this morning, which means that both the staff and fans are now aware of what the players think of their workplace conditions and facilities.

When it comes to these sorts of things, change will always occur both good and bad, but there were five areas in particular that we consider to be worth noting:

Locker Room went from a “D+” to an “F-”

Yes, this could be seen as somewhat comical in regards to what’s been happening behind closed doors with the Deshaun Watson situation but this is referring to the physical locker room conditions.

Multiple players continue to say that the team’s locker room is too small.

Training Room went from a “C+” to a “D+”

The players’ main complaint was that they believed the training room itself was understaffed throughout the year.

Training Staff went from a “B-” to a “C-”

To go along with the Training Room grade, 31% of players felt like they weren’t getting enough 1-on-1 training treatment.

Weight Room went from a “D” to an “A”

The players absolutely love the newly renovated weight room and appreciate the amount of space that they have to train.

Team Travel stayed at a “D”

Players apparently don’t think that the team’s travel schedules are efficient.

40% of Browns players also don’t think they have a comfortable amount of personal space on team flights.
